For a year, I ran and scaled Equator Coffees’ marketing team, helping the brand grow strategically and sustainably. I built organizational charts, guided hiring, and structured the team for long-term success. My work included launching partnership campaigns, designing go-to-market strategies for new cafes, and developing affiliate and press programs that became key acquisition channels. Alongside this, I focused on coffee subscriptions and email acquisition, connecting the brand to its core community while driving measurable growth.

Over three years, I helped guide Huckberry from early-stage growth to a nationally recognized lifestyle brand—driving 72% revenue growth and 388K+ new customers. As a key stakeholder in overall business strategy and direction, I shaped high-level decisions while leading strategic brand licensing, collaborations, and cultural partnerships; launching Huckberry’s first brick-and-mortar store in NYC; directing the 2018 brand refresh; and building the sponsored content program, including the company’s largest creative partnership with Coors Banquet Beer. Every initiative balanced business impact with the brand’s adventurous, authentic spirit.

Scaled Huckberry’s marketing from the first hire into a $40M revenue engine, owning brand, performance, and affiliate channels. I helped define and launch the brand’s core marketing and content pillars - across print, community, and editorial - aligning my team, creative partners, and leadership around a cohesive vision. Highlights include building and nurturing media and influencer partnerships, producing the brand’s first catalog and go-to-market strategy, growing the email list to over 1M qualified subscribers, developing the Artist and Ambassador programs, and integrating music partnerships into the brand both online and offline.
